Principal
Adam is a Principal in the Commercial Enterprise Group in the Philadelphia Office. He brings with him 15 years experience and is a specialist in technology, manufacturing and financial services.
In his position with the Firm, Adam is a Principal in the Audit Practice focusing on commercial accounts, where he uses his extensive experience serving diverse private and public company audit clients. Adam is well versed in helping companies in early growth stage with meeting the needs of their private equity investors and institutional lenders. Adam instructs continuing professional education topics to financial and legal professionals on current accounting developments, including Sarbanes-Oxley topics.
In his previous employment, Adam was a senior audit manager in a "big Four" firm who provided insight, answers and advice to the Chief Financial Officers and Audit Committee members of his clients. Adam served as instructor for many continuing education classes for both client personnel and staff. He had also served as a National Office Lead Instructor for New Manager School and "New Hire" national training for his company.
