Carlon possesses over 35 years of accounting and auditing experience, specializing in large commercial companies and entrepreneurial family owned businesses. His industry background includes: manufacturing, transportation, distribution, retail and service. He also has extensive experience in acquisition and financing transactions, as well as strategic planning and business transition issues. He is currently the Principal in Charge of the Firm's Commercial Enterprise Group as well as the Principal in Charge of the Firm's Northeast Region. He also serves on the Firm's Executive Committee.

Community Involvement
Carlon is extremely active in a number of community and civic organizations. He is former President of the Board of Directors of Scranton Tomorrow and a former board member of the Greater Scranton Chamber of Commerce and the Scranton Area Foundation. He previously served as an officer and a member of the Board of Directors of the United Way of Lackawanna County, Planning Council for Social Services, Countryside Conservancy, Goodwill Industries of Northeastern PA, Scranton Catholic Diocesan Board of Education, Downtown Scranton Business Association and the Northeast Pennsylvania Philharmonic. Carlon has also been very active in the alumni associations of the University of Scranton and the Scranton Preparatory School. He currently serves on the Board of Directors of the Great Valley Technology Alliance and the Northeastern Pennsylvania Nonprofit and Community Assistance Center. He is also a member of the Country Club of Scranton, Westmoreland Club, Pennsylvania Society, and a eucharistic minister at St. Gregory's Church as well as a member of their finance committee.
Education
Carlon received a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration Cum Laude from the University of Scranton and a Masters Degree in Business Administration from New York University Graduate Business School.
