Principal
Debra has been with Parente Randolph for more than 10 years, and she is currently a member of the Firm's Healthcare Business Services Group. She is responsible for overseeing all aspects of audit engagements, including supervision of audit staff, detail work paper review, preparation and review of financial statements, presentations to boards of directors, and developing relationships with client management. Her representative clients include Hospitals and Health Systems, Foundations and other not-for-profit organizations. Debra also participates in the annual training program for audit staff and in the Firm's strategic planning, including presentation to Firm principals. She was also a participant in the Firm's Paperless Committee, which was responsible for implementation of paperless audit environment, including policies and procedures. She currently is in charge of the firm’s Engagement Power User Group, which oversees ongoing aspects of the Firm’s paperless initiative. In addition, she serves as mentor/counselor to staff members.

Community Involvement
Debra is the immediate past President of the Board of Directors for the YWCA of Northcentral Pennsylvania, a member of the Williamsport Rotary Club, and serves on the Board of Directors for Leadership Lycoming.
Education
Debra graduated Magna Cum Laude from Lycoming College where she earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Financial Accounting and Managerial Economics.
