Principal
Dave has a 25 plus year in-depth background in internal audit, risk management and internal controls including Sarbanes-Oxley compliance. He has worked in consulting, industry and the federal government arenas.
Prior to joining Parente Randolph in 2006, he spent 7 years with a national and a regional accounting/consulting firm. Dave's background also includes internal audit director and other positions at the Boeing Company, the Department of Defense Inspector General and the Army Audit Agency. He has worked with a diverse client base including manufacturing, pharmaceutical, defense & aerospace, utility and service industries.

He was a past President of each organization.

Dave earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Indiana University of Pennsylvania and a Master of Science degree from Central Michigan University.
