Principal
Dennis, who joined the Firm as part of our merger with Boyle, Brogan, Shusman & Nicastro, has 36 years of diversified experience in all aspects of public accounting, during which he has provided accounting, auditing and tax services to medical and dental practices, as well as to clients in real estate, wholesale, manufacturing and service industries. In his time with Boyle, Brogan, Shusman and Nicastro, Dennis worked extensively with closely-held corporations and their officers devising strategies to minimize business and personal taxes. In addition, he participates in the representation of clients involving audits with the Internal Revenue Service and local taxing authorities. He is also a Certified Specialist in Estate Planning.

Education
Dennis is a graduate of Temple University where he earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and has supplemented his education with various continuing education courses.
