His in-depth accounting background includes a concentration in the manufacturing sectors, where he has been involved with numerous mergers and acquisitions and large financing transactions. He is a member of the Firm's executive/policy committee.

Community Involvement

Frank presently serves on the board of visitors of Lycoming College’s Institute for Management Studies. He has also served as board member for numerous central Pennsylvania corporations.
