Principal
Fred has 30 years of public accounting experience, primarily serving as an independent advisor providing business consulting, succession planning, tax and accounting services to privately owned businesses.
Prior to joining Parente Randolph, Fred was the managing partner of Leoniak, Bair & Company, a public accounting firm located in State College, for 18 years. His firm merged with Parente Randolph in 1999.
Education
Fred earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from The Pennsylvania State University, and he has supplemented his education with a wide variety of continuing education courses.

Community Involvement
Fred is a board member of the Chamber of Business & Industry of Centre County, where he has served on the executive committee and in a variety of advisory capacities. He is also a member of the Centre County United Way Board of Directors and served as the 2006 Campaign Chair.
