Principal
John is a member of the Firm's Commercial Enterprise Group and works closely with clients in Northeastern Pennsylvania and surrounding states to address their tax, financial reporting and business advisory needs.
John’s areas of practice include financial reporting, taxation and consulting, with specializations in large commercial entities including family owned businesses. In addition, John has a niche concentration in physician and law practices. His wealth of experience and diverse client base allow him to counsel clients on a wide variety of business issues. In addition to traditional accounting, auditing and tax services his experience includes representing clients in front of the IRS and other tax authorities, structuring of stockholder and employment agreements, development and implementation of physician compensation plans, assistance with financing arrangements and helping owners evaluate the overall financial health of their business.

Community Involvement
John is on the University of Scranton Alumni Society Board of Governors, a member of the Scranton Chamber of Commerce Enterprise Building Advisory Committee, and serves on the Executive Committee of the St. Patrick's Parade Association of Lackawanna County. In addition, John has served as past chairman of the Scranton Chamber of Commerce Small Business Council, past president of the St. Patrick's Parade Association of Lackawanna County, and past board member of the Scranton Chamber of Commerce and Metro Action, Inc.
Education
John earned a Bachelor of Science degree with a major in Accounting from the University of Scranton and has supplemented his education with a variety of continuing education courses.
