Joe has over twenty two years of experience. He joined Parente Randolph in June 2000 and was promoted to Tax Director in February 2001. In his current position, Joe advises public and private companies on tax and merger issues. He also works with Private Equity Firms on fund and portfolio company tax issues. In addition, Joe has presented continuing education programs for local companies, Baker Tilly International and the Pennsylvania Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
Joe held the position of Tax Manager at a “Big Four” firm, where he provided tax compliance and tax consulting services to public and private entities. He has also served as Manager of Tax Research and Planning for a NYSE listed company where he was responsible for corporate restructuring, mergers and acquisition activity, and the related tax due diligence.

Joe is a member of the Rowan University Advisory Board and serves as Treasurer for the Haddonfield Memorial High School Athletic Hall of Fame.
