Principal
With Parente Randolph since 1993, Mary heads the Financial Services Consulting Group. She provides assurance, due diligence, internal control, and information integrity services to a wide range of financial institution clients. Her focus of concentration includes: internal audit, information systems, regulatory compliance, Sarbanes-Oxley, and risk management consulting.
Mary also oversees the Firm’s SAS 70 engagements. Her diverse client base includes companies who service and process transactions for as many as 1,200 user clients, including service organizations with a multi-state outreach.
In addition, Mary directs the Firm’s network security assessment program, which includes a host of network security assessment services that are designed to help companies identify and resolve network security vulnerabilities. Mary provides these services to various industry clients including: financial services, healthcare, construction, and professional services.
Mary also provides compliance, corporate governance and check fraud training, and has published articles and lectured on Electronic Commerce Security, Corporate Governance, Sarbanes-Oxley Compliance, Regulatory Compliance, and Information Systems Security.

Mary earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from King’s College.
