Kinmartin Joins Commercial Enterprise Group
Principal
Paul is a Principal in the Commercial Enterprise Group.
Prior to joining Parente Randolph, Paul spent more than 18 years with a Big Four Firm, where he served a diverse range of public and private multinational and domestic clients in the US and during two international secondments. His international experience includes three year assignments in Milan, Italy and Singapore. He also held internal leadership roles in the areas of audit quality and audit methodology.
Paul’s wealth of public accounting experience includes audits of annual financial statement and internal controls over financial reporting, SEC reporting, comfort letters, agreed-upon procedures, carve-out audits, and other assurance and advisory services in connection with mergers and acquisitions. He has extensive experience coordinating multi-location engagements, and working with management and audit committees on new and complex accounting and reporting matters. Paul also has experience with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).
His diverse industry experience includes serving clients in the industrial manufacturing and services, chemicals, pharmaceutical products and devices, aerospace, automotive supplier, consumer products, information technology products and services, and healthcare provider industries.

Education
Paul earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a Concentration in Accounting from the State University of New York (SUNY) at Buffalo. Supplemental education includes the Wharton School Executive Education Supply Chain Management course at the University of Pennsylvania.
