Principal
Rich joined the Firm as part of our merger with Boyle, Brogan, Shusman & Nicastro.
A co-founder of the firm Boyle, Brogan & Company, Rich most recently served as the director of accounting and auditing at the company. His responsibilities have included providing auditing, financial accounting, valuation and tax services to the banking, health care, law, manufacturing and service industries.
During his more than 35 years of experience, Rich has performed services for many banks in the Philadelphia area. He also has SEC experience, and in previous employment has been a national quality control reviewer of auditing applications. He has instructed many firm-wide training courses in accounting and financial forecasting topics.
Rich's experience includes assisting clients in valuing companies in both purchases and sales situations, as well as valuing entities for tax purposes. He has also testified as an expert witness in litigation cases involving the quantification of losses and the application of generally accepted accounting principles.
