Chairman and Chief Executive Officer
A thirty year veteran of the accounting profession, Bob spent four years working with an international accounting firm in various capacities prior to joining Parente Randolph in 1979. He served as Parente Randolph’s President and Chief Operating Officer from 1990 to 1999 and was elected Chairman and CEO in 2000. Since 1990, the Firm has grown in excess of 10% each year and a series of new services have been introduced, including forensic accounting and litigation services, healthcare consulting, investment banking, human resource consulting and a corporate governance/risk management practice. Bob was instrumental in transitioning Parente Randolph from a Northeastern Pennsylvania Firm to a multi-state Firm with a significant presence and corporate headquarters in Philadelphia.
While Bob is primarily responsible for the operations of the Firm, he also provides strategic planning and generation transition services to owners of privately held businesses.

Community Involvement
Bob is currently a Board Member for the Philadelphia Police Foundation; a member of the Board of Directors for the Union League, Philadelphia; and is on the Board of Directors for the Pennsylvania Ballet.

Bob earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from King's College in Wilkes-Barre, Pennsylvania.
