Farrell Joins Parente Randolph's Financial Services Group

Managing Director, Financial Services
A Principal in Parente Randolph’s Financial Services Group, Rich possesses a high level of expertise in servicing publicly-held clients in the financial services sector. He specializes in community banking operations, including SEC reporting, mergers and acquisitions, initial and secondary public offerings, mutual conversions, internal control evaluations for Sarbanes Oxley and FDICIA compliance, and compliance and regulatory issues involving financial institutions, investment partnerships, broker-dealers and real estate operations. Rich is highly experienced at researching complex accounting issues and has developed and presented training courses for the firm.
Prior to joining the Parente team, Rich worked as Assurance Senior Manager for an international Accounting firm, where he serviced and developed client relationships both nationally and abroad.
Education
Rich graduated Cum Laude from Temple University with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Accounting.
