Principal
Rich brings over 20 years of accounting and finance experience serving numerous commercial enterprises which are primarily family owned and operated. He specializes in the manufacturing, construction and real estate industries. In addition to leading the accounting and tax services, Rich provides general business advisory and strategic/succession planning services to these clients.
Rich also provides auditing services to numerous employee benefit plans and not for profit organizations.
Prior to joining Parente Randolph (and predecessor firm) in 1994 and becoming a Principal in 1997, Rich served as Chief Financial Officer of a privately held media company, a Senior Investment Analyst for a large commercial leasing and finance company and as a Senior Accountant with a national CPA firm.
