Principal
Tim’s areas of expertise include small business consulting and income tax planning. He works with clients in a variety of industries, including retail, professional services, forest products, manufacturing, agriculture, and non-profit. Prior to joining Parente Randolph, Tim was an owner of the accounting firm of Pennypacker & Gooch, P.C.

Community Involvement
Tim is treasurer and past president of the Wellsboro Area Chamber of Commerce, is a member of the local advisory board of the Wellsboro branch of First Citizens National Bank, and has been elected to the Board of Directors of Wellsboro Electric Company. Tim is a member of the Tioga County Revolving Loan Fund Committee and the Capital Campaign Committee of the Deane Center for the Performing Arts in Wellsboro. Tim currently serves on the Finance Committee and the Pastoral Council of St. Peter's Catholic Church in Wellsboro and previously served as director for both the Wellsboro Area United Fund and the Wellsboro Little League.
Education
Tim earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Bloomsburg University and has supplemented his education with a variety of continuing education courses.
