Hegarty Joins Parente Randolph as Principal
Principal
Liam serves as a Principal in the Commercial Enterprise Practice in the Firm’s Philadelphia office.
Liam’s resume includes having held positions that provided him with opportunities to hone his leadership skills while turning ideas into new procedures. He led his team through a system selection process and implementation of a paperless audit system on a national level while employed by Smart Business Advisory and Consulting, LLC in Devon, PA. Liam’s experience also includes managing audit engagement teams for both family owned and venture backed commercial companies and for inventory based companies in both the public and private sector; developing and implementing annual staff training programs; serving as leader of a national benefit plan practice; and developing and presenting training seminars on a local and national level.
Education
Liam is a graduate of St. Joseph’s University in Philadelphia, where he earned a bachelor of science degree in Accounting.
Community Involvement
An active member of the community, Liam is a member of the Financial Executives International; Treasurer, Irish American Business Chamber and Network; Treasurer, Anti-Violence Partnership; Chairman, Philadelphia Divisional Youth Board for Gaelic Athletic Association; Treasurer, North American Youth Board for Gaelic Athletic Association; and Coach, West Chester United Soccer Club.
