The LEAP Program (Leadership, Entrepreneurism & Achievement at Parente Randolph) was designed in conjunction with Penn State University to expand and enrich our team members’ understanding of leadership. Open to selected applicants at the Manager and Principal levels, this Program’s primary objective is to provide our team members with opportunities to:
- Explore, in-depth, those characteristics that great leaders leverage to create organization cultures that attract and retain key talent, enabling them to successfully compete in the public accounting and consulting marketplace.
- Acquire the skills and tools integral to the development of leadership skills required by today’s competitive, global work environment.
