Principals
Our Forensic Accounting & Litigation Services office is located near our Firm headquarters in Philadelphia. In 2008, our Philadelphia offices will join together in a new, larger location in Center City to further enhance our service capabilities.
Experienced Forensic Accountants with Sharpened Objectivity
Parente Randolph’s Forensic Accounting and Litigation Services professionals are trained to look beyond the numbers and read between the lines in order to render accurate, professional evaluations.
We offer expertise in assisting attorneys and their clients in the financial aspects of disputes involving commercial litigation, corporate/fraud investigations, insurance claims or shareholder disputes. Typically, we will collect and analyze information, conduct research, and quantify and present the independent financial impact of a dispute as it relates to a legal action. In order to be effective, Parente Randolph’s forensic accountants must communicate their findings in a concise, clear and easy-to-understand manner.
About Philadelphia
Philadelphia is the largest city in Pennsylvania and the sixth most populous city in the United States. The “City of Brotherly Love” was once the second largest in the British Empire and now finds itself with an eclectic mix of culture and commerce. The city’s economy is heavily based upon manufacturing, refining, food and financial services.
Philadelphia contains many national historical sites including Independence Hall, where the Declaration of Independence was signed, and the Liberty Bell. Areas such as South Street and Old City have a vibrant night life, and the Avenue of the Arts in Center City contains many restaurants and theaters, such as the Kimmel Center for the Performing Arts, home to the Philadelphia Orchestra, and the Academy of Music, the nation’s oldest continuously operating venue, home to the Opera Company of Philadelphia.
This historic city offers many diverse cultural, commercial and business opportunities for Parente Randolph. Our presence in Philly enhances the business and service opportunities we can offer our clients.
