Cash Management is a fully integrated module of Microsoft Dynamics NAV that provides an efficient means to manage your company's cash. It helps you to:

• Easily manage an unlimited number of bank accounts
• Automate your payment process for more accuracy
• Reconcile bank accounts with your bank statements

Set up and manage an unlimited number of bank accounts with the cash management system in Dynamics NAV. You can choose to update general ledger accounts automatically when bank transactions are posted, and you can transfer funds easily between bank accounts.

Cash Management also helps you to automate and control your payment process. Make payments electronically, generate computer-printed checks or keep track of checks that were created manually. You can specify unique check number series for different accounts to keep accurate records of your payments.

The bank account reconciliation feature provides an easy way to reconcile your bank account statements. It also makes it easy to apply transactions from bank statements to bank account ledger entries and post transactions recorded by the bank but not in the program.
