Microsoft Dynamics NAV User Portals provide access to data and functions in the Dynamics NAV system through an Internet web browser interface. The personalized, role-based portals provide secure, anywhere-anytime access to your corporate information. User Portals can also consolidate data from many sources onto homepages that provide single-click access to tools and information that people can use to excel at their jobs.

Information and services are published to a User Portal using Web Parts, which are reusable XML components that standardize how content is delivered to the portal.
