We opened our Wilmington, Delaware office in 1999.
Wilmington is the largest city in the state of Delaware and is located at the confluence of the Christina River and Brandywine Creek. It is the county seat of New Castle County and one of the major cities in the Delaware Valley metropolitan area. In the 1980s, the city experienced tremendous job growth and office construction when many national banks and financial institutions relocated to the area. Today many national and international banks have operations in the city, including Bank of America, Chase and Barclays.
Since the 1990s, the Wilmington riverfront continues to transform itself into a place of cultural, economical and residential importance. With a revitalized shipyard, high-rise luxury apartment buildings and a new, large residential project along the riverfront, Wilmington is experiencing unprecedented growth and prosperity.
